⏳ 1. Cancellation Window

• You can cancel any order, including customized products, within 30 minutes of placing it using the cancel button available in your order dashboard or confirmation email.
• After 30 minutes, cancellation may not be possible, as the order likely enters the design or production stage.

🎁 2. Customized Products

• Customized items (mugs, photo frames, plaques, etc.) can only be cancelled within the first 30 minutes after placing the order via the cancel button.
• Beyond this window, cancellations are not accepted since production begins immediately.

📩 3. How to Cancel After 30 Minutes

• If the cancel button is no longer available, cancellation requests for non-customized products may be considered by contacting:

• Customized product cancellations beyond 30 minutes will not be accepted.

💳 4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Cancellation requests are rejected if:
  • The order is beyond the 30-minute cancellation window for customized products
  • The order has already been dispatched
