Welcome to www.ramizgifts.com. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. General

  • RamizGifts is owned and operated by Ramiz.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Order

RamizGifts is open to everyone. Anyone, regardless of age, can place an order on our website. Our products are intended for gifting and are suitable for all individuals, families, and businesses.


3. Product Information

  • All product images, descriptions, and prices are listed for customer reference. We aim for accuracy, but slight variations in color, material, finish, or size may occur due to digital display differences or production processes.
  • RamizGifts reserves the right to modify pricing, specifications, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Customization & Previews

  • For customized items (mugs, photo frames, plaques, or any personalized products), orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
  • A custom design tool is available on select products to preview your personalized design before placing an order.
  • For other items, you may request a preview via WhatsApp or email within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is completed and design processing begins.

5. Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via secure third-party gateways.
  • Final payment amount displayed at checkout is binding.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, provided the product has not entered the customization or production stage.
  • After 30 minutes or once production begins, no cancellation is allowed for customized items.
  • Cancellation of non-custom items may be allowed before dispatch, subject to approval from our team.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
    • You receive a different product than ordered
    • The item is damaged during delivery
  • All products are scanned and thoroughly quality-checked during packing and before dispatch.
  • If there’s an issue:
    • You must share a full unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery
    • Email us at support@ramizgifts.com
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including product photos, graphics, logos, icons, product designs, and layout — is the exclusive property of RamizGifts.
  • All images displayed are original creations by RamizGifts and are protected under copyright law.
  • Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our designs or photos is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Use of Uploaded Content

  • When you upload content (photos, messages, artwork) for customization, you confirm:
    • You have legal rights to use that content
    • It does not violate copyright or privacy laws
  • We may showcase personalized products created for customers on our website or social media for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

RamizGifts shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details
  • Poor-quality images or content uploaded by customers
  • Misuse of the product after delivery
  • Losses or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for non-performance or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Lockdowns
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Internet outages
