- Customized products (mugs, photo frames, plaques, personalized items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
- To process any return or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package opening and the product condition.
- Please also share clear photos of the damage or defect.
3. Reporting Timeline
- You must report any damage, defect, or wrong delivery within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- Products without unboxing video proof
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
